Biography
He graduated from the Russian-Kazakh school, in 1916-17. He worked in the slaughterhouses of Orenburg, where he joined the labor movement. Returning to his native village, he participates in the creation of the first local councils. He was appointed secretary and then chairman of the Tuz-Tubinsky volost executive committee.
Member of the RCP (b) since 1921
In 1921 he was elected a member of the Akbulaksky district executive committee. In August 1923 he was appointed an instructor, and then - deputy head of the organizational department of the Aktobe Provincial Party Committee. A year later, he was transferred to Orenburg as an assistant to the executive secretary of the Kyrgyz Regional Committee of the RCP (B.).

Arrested on September 18, 1937 by the Visiting Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on February 25, 1938, was sentenced to death with confiscation of property. Rehabilitated in 1957
