Geography
The village is located 4 km from the administrative center of the commune of the village of Ivanowice-Vloscianske and 16 km from the administrative center of the province of Krakow [2] .
In 1975-1998, the village was part of the Cracow Voivodeship.

Attractions
In the center of the village is the building of a former rural school. There is currently a medical site in this building. On the wall of this building is a memorial plaque dedicated to the memory of four villagers who were shot by the Gestapo in Krakow.
