Leonid Tsipes (July 14, 1941) - Soviet Ukrainian and Israeli drafts player. Silver medalist of the USSR championship in international drafts 1981 , multiple champion of Ukraine in international and Russian drafts . International master [1] , student of Zinovy Cyric [2] [3] .

Leonid Tsipes was the winner of the USSR Cup in 1970, the winner of the championship of the DSO of trade unions in 1975 and the silver medalist of 1973. Represented by the Avangard Society (Kharkov) [4] . He was president of the Drafts Federation of Kharkov [5] .
