It was built in 1969 on the initiative of the director of the Okhochevsky poultry farm, Pavel Ivanovich Ostroukhov (probably borrowing the idea from the Moscow monument opened at the VDNKh metro station on October 4, 1964) [5] .
The base of the "Rocket", symbolizing the jet stream, was assembled from water pipes, rocket stabilizers are cut from sheets of iron, and the fuselage is welded from metal barrels. On board the rocket, the word "USSR" was cut through. At night, the illumination turned on (currently lost) [5] .
"Rocket" is located in the park, broken near the central square of the village.
