AVC Charity Foundation ( AVC Charity Foundation ) is a charitable foundation for supporting and implementing cultural programs, founded in 2008 by Russian scientist, entrepreneur and collector Andrei Cheglakov [1] . The office is located in Moscow [2] . The mission of the foundation is formulated as “comprehensive promotion of contemporary creativity, support for young talents and the wide dissemination of cultural knowledge in Russia and abroad” [1] . The president of the AVC Charity Foundation is Maya Alexandrovna Avelicheva .
In his activity, he combines financial support of various programs with the implementation of his own projects in the music, exhibition and publishing fields, attracting famous cultural masters to participate in his work [3] . The international fame was brought to the foundation by the organization of regular thematic painting exhibitions in the largest museums of Russia and the world, classical music festivals abroad, and an active participation in the cross Years of Russian culture in France and Italy [1] .

Fund Activities
The fund operates in three main areas: music, publishing and exhibition [3] , and also supports a number of festivals and research projects.
Exhibition Projects
Among the implemented exhibition projects of the Foundation are the “Snow Meridian” by Francisco Infante and Nonna Goryunova [4] at the State Tretyakov Gallery [5] and “Following the Tracks of Russian Ballets” (“Dans les pas des ballets russes”) in Auvers-sur-Oise (France ) [6] . At the end of the exhibition, the AVC Charity Foundation and personally Andrei Cheglakov donated more than 40 works by Francisco Infante to the State Tretyakov Gallery [1] [7] .
In addition to sponsorship, the fund provided works from Andrei Cheglakov’s personal collection for the Paris School exhibition at the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts [8] , Flowers are the Remains of Paradise on Earth [9] and Vision of Dance. To the 100th anniversary of Diaghilev’s “Russian Ballets in Paris” [10] at the State Tretyakov Gallery. With the participation of the foundation and with the use of the materials provided by it, in 2010, exhibitions of Maximilian Voloshin and Sergey Chepik (1953-2011) were held.
An important and striking event in the activities of the foundation was a retrospective exhibition of Le Corbusier , dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the architect and organized by the foundation in September 2012 together with the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts and the Le Corbusier Foundation ( Paris ) [11] . For the exhibition, the foundation published a translation into Russian of the book of the famous architectural historian Jean-Louis Cohen, “Le Corbusier. Mystery of the CCCP ” [12] .
In January 2012, a collection of 848 postal envelopes painted by famous artists of the Soviet underground, such as Ilya Kabakov , Dmitry Krasnopevtsev , Oscar Rabin and others, was donated to the State Hermitage as a gift [13]
Festivals and research projects
Since 2010, the AVC Charity Foundation has been the organizer and general sponsor of the annual international festival of classical music in Annecy ( Haute Savoie , France ) [1] [14] [15] .
In 2012, the foundation became the general sponsor and co-organizer of the new festival of Russian classical music “Magic Lake” in Lucerne ( Switzerland ), and in subsequent years continued to support the event. [1] [16] [17] .
Since 2012, the foundation has supported the Art research program of the Oral History project for recording and publishing memoirs on art. Due to the support of the fund, the digitization of old conversations recorded by V. D. Duvakin on magnetic tape in the 1960s and 1980s and stored in the funds of the oral history department of the Moscow State University Scientific Library was carried out, as well as new recordings were made in Moscow and St. Petersburg. [18] .
Since 2013, the foundation has been a partner in the January Evenings children's art festival [19] , a joint project of the Gnesins School and the Pushkin Museum. A.S. Pushkin, who aims to identify and develop the talents of children through a synthesis of art - music and painting. [20] .
Music Projects
The foundation considers the work to support young musicians to be an important area of its activity. In particular, the foundation sponsors the projects of the Gnesinsky Virtuosi Orchestra under the direction of M. S. Khokhlov , allocates and gives grants to young performers, and also finances the production of CDs with their recordings [21] .
In 2012, the AVC Charity Foundation established a special prize named after Denis Antoin , a cultural figure in France, a former adviser to the foundation for the Piano Campus competition for young pianists. [22] [23] .
The Foundation also takes a significant part in organizing concerts of famous Russian and foreign musicians in Monaco [1] .
