Career
Holger Hirononymus was born in 1959 in Hamburg. There he began to play football and at the age of 19 he signed a contract with St. Pauli . Hironimus spent one season at this club, after which he moved to Hamburg from his hometown.
He spent more than 100 games in this club, in which he managed to score 7 goals. However, in March 1984, in a match against Waldhof , he received a serious injury, because of which he was forced to end his career.
After an unexpected career end, he created his own sports center, and later, together with Dietmar Jacobs, opened a sports rehabilitation center. He also held various leadership positions in Hamburg, as well as in the German Bundesliga .
Team
Holger Hironimus from 1981 to 1982 was called up to the German national team . He was also in the application for the national team at the 1982 World Cup , but he never entered the field.
