Tulkunbai Bulturalievich Turgunov (born February 6, 1977 ) is an Uzbek boxer , winner of the 1999 World Cup . Honored Athlete of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2000) [1] .

Born in 1977 in Illichivsk . In 1999, he won the silver medal of the World Cup. In 2000, he took part in the Sydney Olympic Games , but took only 9th place there.
