Born in 1974 in Samarkand . In 1994, won the bronze medal of the Asian Games. In 1995 he became the champion of Asia and the bronze medalist of the World Cup. In 1996, he took part in the Atlanta Olympics , but there he became only 7th. In 1998 he became the silver medalist of the Asian Games. In 2000, he took part in the Sydney Olympic Games , but there he became only 17th.
