Biography
Born on October 17, 1987 in Baku, Aliyar Agayev, since 2013 is an arbiter of the international category (FIFA referee). [1] In the championships of Azerbaijan, it serves the matches of both the Premier League and the First Division [2] . He is a graduate of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports.
On September 13, 2014, within the framework of the matches of the V round Topaz of the Premier League of Azerbaijan, Aliyar Agayev was appointed the main referee of the Big Game, with the participation of FC Khazar-Lenkoran and FC Neftchi Baku. [3]
In December 2015, he served the match between the Austrian Rapid and the Belarusian Dynamo in the framework of the UEFA Europa League for the first time an Azerbaijani referee serviced the group stage meeting of the UEFA Europa League [4] .
