Atavdy ( Bashk. Ataugy ) is a lake in the Abzelilovsky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan . It is located 6.5 km east of the village of Ishkulovo.

Feature
The mirror area is 8.3 km², length - 4 km, average width - 2.1 km, average depth - 3.4 m, maximum depth - 6.5 m, water volume - 28.6 million m³; catchment area - 69.8 km².
The lake has a tectonic origin, formed in rocks of the Middle Devonian (andesite-basalt porphyrites, basalts, tuffites, sandstones and shales).
The lake has a flat, sandy-silty bottom.
The lake is closed, fed by precipitation and groundwater. The water is brackish, sodium bicarbonate.
The lake is eutrophic, semi-reclusive. White-eyed, chub, dace, crucian carp, rudd, bream, tench, perch, roach, podust, pike, ide are found in the lake, geese, ducks, etc. inhabit.
Landscape - steppe, pasture.
The western and southern shores of the lake are a natural monument.
Toponymy
The name of the lake comes from the Bashkir words "Ataugy" - having an island.
