The Borisov Village Council arose in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1921, he was part of the Murikov volost of the Volokolamsk district of Moscow province.

March 24, 1924 Murikovskaya volost was abolished and Borisovsky s / s entered the Sudislovsky volost [1] .

According to 1926, the village council included 6 settlements - Borisovka , Budarino, Dubrovskoye, Kremeshki, Lobanovo and Khalileevo [2] .

In 1929, Borisov s / s was assigned to the Shakhovsky district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.

July 17, 1939 Borisovsky s / s was abolished, and its entire territory was transferred to Volochanovsky s / s [3] .
