Krasny Yar is a village in the Gaynsky district of Perm Territory . It is part of the Ivanchinsky rural settlement . It is located southwest of the district center, the village of Gayny . The distance to the district center is 46 km [1] . According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, 158 people lived in the village (86 men and 72 women) [2] .

According to data as of July 1, 1963, 402 people lived in the village [1] . The village was part of the Ivanchinsky Village Council [1] .
