History
In 1902, the Ossetian businessman Alpanov bought a plot of land from the Kabardian princes Tyzhevs. Soon, landless Ossetian peasants began to descend from the highlands and rent land from Alpanov.
In 1903, a farm called Novo-Ossetian was founded by Ossetian settlers on the Alpanova site.
In 1924, the farm was included in the newly formed Pervomaisky Village Council .
Now the farm has merged with other villages of the rural settlement of Blagoveshchenka and in fact constitute one settlement.
