It starts from the nameless driveway connecting Maxim Gorky Street with Dimitrov Avenue . It intersects with the streets of Revolution , Uritsky , Sovetskaya , Krasny Prospekt (in the vicinity of which the Oktyabrskaya Railway is adjacent to the street), Serebrennikovskaya , Kamenskaya and the Shamshins Family . Between Sovetskaya Street and Krasny Prospekt , Pervomaisky Square forms one side of the street, and between Heroes of the Revolution Square (most of) between Red Avenue and Serebrennikovskaya Street. It ends opposite the Aura shopping and entertainment center, actually “resting” on it. [2]
Content
History
The original name of the street - Tobisenovskaya [3] - in honor of the governor of the Tomsk province German Augustovich von Tobisen (1845-1917). In 1920 it was renamed to Maxim Gorky Street.

- House of Socialist Agriculture (built in 1936, 78 M. Gorky St.). Architect Nikolay Sergeevich Kuzmin . In 1941, the strategic NII 39 (NII measuring instruments) was evacuated to Novosibirsk in the building. In 1952, according to the project of the architect N. G. Vasiliev, the building was rebuilt.
