History

On August 6, 2004, in accordance with the Law of the Astrakhan Region No. 43/2004-OZ [2], the village council was given the status of a rural settlement.

By the law of the Astrakhan region dated May 26, 2016 No. 23/2016-OZ [3] , through their unification, the administrative-territorial units and municipalities “ East Village Council ”, “Ikryaninsky Village Council” and “ Ozernovsky Village Council ” were transformed into an administrative-territorial unit and municipality " Ikryaninsky Village Council " with an administrative center in the village of Ikryanoye .
