Biography
Born in 1973 in Tashkent . In 1995 he became the champion of Asia. In 1996, he took part in the Atlanta Olympics , but there he took only 5th place. In 1997 he became the silver medalist of the World Cup. In 1998, won the silver medal of the Asian Games. In 1999, he won the silver medal at the Asian Championships and the bronze medal at the World Championships. In 2000, he became the champion of Asia, but at the Olympics in Sydney he took only 17th place, due to the fact that he could not recover from an injury.
In 2003 he moved to Russia and began to play for CSKA Moscow (Novosibirsk), taking the 5th place at the European Championship in the same year.
