Biography
Born in the village of Kir-Tavgeldino of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in a peasant family. Father died in World War II , it was necessary to help his mother, and Rauf began to work as an ordinary collective farmer in the farm. Kalinin. He graduated from school in Buinsk (now Grammar School named after M. M. Vakhitov) [3] and worked as an accountant in the Akhmametevskaya MTS .
In 1950, he was called up for military service, which took place in the Navy. At the end of the service he returned home - he headed the village club, was the second secretary of the Komsomol district committee , instructor of the organizational department and propagandist of the Buinsky district committee of the CPSU . Then he was at party work in many primary party organizations of various collective farms (Iskra and the name of Lenin).
In 1966 he graduated in absentia from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU, where he studied the economics of agricultural production. After that, he headed farms in the Buinsky district - in 1960 he became chairman of the collective farm “Memory of Lenin”, which in 1973 became a millionaire; In 1978-1982, he was chairman of the Giant collective farm in the village of Tatarskoye Pimurzino [4] and in 1982-1988, he was the director of a dairy plant in the same region. From 1988 to 1993 he again headed the native collective farm “Memory of Lenin”.
He was elected as a deputy of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 9th convocation from the Tetyush constituency No. 643 of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, was a member of the Commission on Public Education, Science and Culture. He was also a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic and the district council.
Last years he lived in Kazan . He died on September 12, 2006.
Rewards
- By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated March 22, 1966, R. A. Agliullin was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin (for successes in the development of livestock, increased production and procurement of meat, milk, eggs, wool and other products) and gold Sickle and Hammer medals.
