A constitutional referendum was held in Kyrgyzstan on October 22, 1994. The following questions were asked for resolution:
- Do you approve through referenda to decide on amendments to the Constitution, laws and other important issues of political life?
- Do you approve the introduction of a bicameral parliament?
Both issues were supported by almost 90% of the vote, turnout was 86% [1] .
