Akbulak ( kaz. Aқbұlaқ ) is a village in the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . Included in the city administration Semey . The administrative center and the only settlement of Akbulak rural district. The KATO code is 632837100 [1] .

Population
In 1999, the population of the village was 740 people (354 men and 386 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 421 people lived in the village (207 men and 214 women) [2] .
