Irtysh ( Kazakh. Irtysh ) is a village in the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the city administration of Semey . It is part of the Irtysh rural district. Located on the left bank of the Irtysh River, about 18 km west of Semey. The KATO code is 632845300 [1] .
