Biography
Born on October 10, 1918 in the village of Bagishevo, Apastovsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan ,. Tatar. He graduated from 7 classes. In 1932 he moved to the city of Moscow , worked as a laborer in one of the factories.
In November 1938 he was drafted into the Red Army by the Kirov District Military Commissariat in Moscow . He was sent to artillery. The personal card for the first year of service recorded more than ten thanks. In 1939 he participated in the liberation campaign in Western Belarus, in the war with Finland in 1939-1940 he commanded an artillery gun.
In the battles of World War II from September 1941. He fought in artillery, in parts of the guards mortars. He was twice wounded. After returning from the hospital in September 1943, he was enlisted in the 1030th Infantry Regiment of the 260th Infantry Division as a gun commander. As part of this unit, I went to Victory. He fought on the Stalingrad, Bryansk, Belorussian and 1st Belorussian fronts. In 1943 he joined the CPSU / CPSU.
In February 1943 he received the first military award - the medal “For Courage”, for destroying two dugouts, a machine-gun point and more than 20 opponents in a battle on January 28 with direct fire. In the battles on the Bryansk Front , where the division was transferred, he earned another medal - “For Military Merit”.
On November 21, 1943, in the battles for the village of Golden Horn, Sergeant Nasibullin directly destroyed 3 machine guns, 2 dugouts, and up to 40 opponents. A direct hit damaged the Ferdinand self-propelled gun and suppressed the fire of two anti-tank guns. The calculation for three days reflected 8 counterattacks with significant losses for the enemy.
By order of the parts of the 260th Infantry Division dated November 25, 1943, Sergeant Nasibullin Islam Nasibullovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree.
On March 17, 1944, in the battle for the village of Kolodezhno, Sergeant Nasibullin, having rolled out a gun for direct fire, destroyed the enemy’s car and up to 20 opponents. On April 4, when a counterattack was repelled, it set fire to the tank, and with hurricane fire it made the infantry retreat. He was presented for awarding the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree, was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War of 1 - degree.
On June 6-8, 1944, during the artillery support of units crossing the Turya River, Sergeant Nasibullin destroyed more than 10 enemy soldiers, 3 firing points, and ensured the successful advancement of units.
By order of the 47th Army on August 27, 1944, Sergeant Nasibullin Islam Nasibullovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree. On January 16, 1945, when crossing the Vistula River, he was the first to transfer his gun to the left bank. In the battle for holding and expanding the bridgehead, he destroyed several machine-gun points and exterminated over the platoon of opponents. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star .
On February 20-22, 1945, in the battles to eliminate the encircled group in the area of the city of Schneidemül, the foreman Nasibullin with his gun was in the infantry combat formations. Under enemy fire, he destroyed more than 10 firing points with precise fire and, when counterattack was repelled, destroyed more than 40 opponents. February 27 was presented for awarding the Order of Glory of the 1st degree
In battles for the city of Brandenburg, he replaced the deceased platoon commander and continued to command the unit until the completion of the combat mission. With fire from his cannon, he destroyed 2 machine gun points and up to 20 opponents. He was awarded the medal "For Courage".
The gunner Nasibullin ended the battle in Berlin, in the battles on the outskirts of the capital he destroyed 2 tanks.
By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of May 31, 1945, for the exemplary performance of command assignments in battles with invaders, Sergeant Nasibullin Islam Nasibullovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree. He became the full holder of the Order of Glory. In October 1946 he was demobilized.
He returned to his homeland. He worked at various posts - he was the chairman of DOSAAF in the region, instructor of the party’s district committee, secretary of the collective farm organization, chairman of the Cheremshansky village council. He was elected a deputy of the village and district Soviets. He died on December 30, 1981.
Retired lieutenant. He was awarded the orders of the Patriotic War of the 1st degree, the Red Star , medals, including two "For Courage" and the medal "For Military Merit".
