The Seredinsky rural district is an abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Shakhovsky district of the Moscow region in 1994-2006.

The Seredinsky Village Council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. In 1922, he was listed in the Seredinskaya volost of Volokolamsk district of Moscow province [2] .
In 1926, Seredinsky s / s included 5 settlements - Sereda , Zarechye, Krasny Posad, Seredinsky North, Seredinsky South, as well as 1 hospital [3] .
In 1929, the Seredinsky Village Council was assigned to the Shakhovsky District of the Moscow District of the Moscow Region.
On July 17, 1939 Merklovsky (the village of Merklovo ) and Kostinsky (the villages of Kostino , Ivantsevo and Olkhovets ) were joined to the Seredinsky s / s, as well as the village of Novoye, the abolished Kstilovsky s / s .
On January 4, 1952, the village of Agryzkovo was transferred from Repotinsky s / s to Seredinsky.
June 14, 1954 Panyukovsky s / s was attached to the Dorsky s / s .
On August 8, 1959, the villages Vysokoe , Kanaevo and Repotino were transferred from the abolished Kholmetskiy s / s to Seredinsky.
On February 1, 1963, the Shakhovskoy area was abolished and the Seredinsky s / s entered Volokolamsk enlarged rural area .
On January 14, 1964, the villages of Kanaevo and Repotino were transferred from Seredinsky s / s to Dorsky .
On January 11, 1965, the Shakhovskoy district was restored and the Seredinsky s / s rejoined it.
On January 28, 1977, the village of Vysokoye was transferred from Seredinsky s / s to Zhitoninsky .
On March 19, 1982, the villages of Agryzkovo and Ivantsevo were abolished in the Seredinsky s / s.
On January 22, 1987, the villages of Vojutino , Krasnoe Selo , Romantsevo and Filenino were transferred from Cherlenkovsky s / s to Seredinsky.
On April 1, 1992, the Zhitoninsky s / s was attached to the Seredinsky s / s.
February 3, 1994 Seredinsky s / s was transformed into the Seredinsky rural district .
On September 6, 1995, the villages of Dyatlovo , Sutoki and Cherlenkovo were transferred from the abolished Cherlenkovsky s / o to Seredinsky [4] .
During the 2005 municipal reform, the Seredinsky rural district ceased to exist as a municipal unit. At the same time, the settlements of Dyatlovo, Sutoki and Cherlenkovo entered the Rural settlement Stepankovskoye , and the remaining settlements - into the Rural settlement Seredinskoye [5] .
On November 29, 2006, the Seredinsky rural district was excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow region [6] .
