Biography

Born on February 2, 1923 in the village of Novo-Burovaya (now - Yarkovsky district of the Tyumen region ). Graduated from 6 classes. In the 1930s he was expelled with his family to the Sverdlovsk region , lived at the Kosulino station, graduated from courses and received the profession of a locksmith. In 1941 he moved to the city of Sverdlovsk. He worked as a mechanic at a turbomotor plant.

In May 1942, the Sverdlovsk Military High Command was drafted into the Red Army . In the battles of World War II from July 1943. Member of the CPSU / CPSU since 1944. By the spring of 1944 - machine gunner of the 10th separate guards tank brigade.

March 1-3, 1944, when breaking through the enemy’s defense near the village of Staritsa Guard, Junior Sergeant Nalobin killed 7 opponents with machine gun fire and grenades. Timely provided a tray of cartridges for a machine gun. He was wounded, but remained in service.

By order of the 11th Guards Army dated April 30, 1944, Junior Sergeant Nalobin Vasily Panfilovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree.

On July 28, 1944, in the battle for the village of Skapiskis of the guard, Junior Sergeant Nalobin shot 6 opponents at point blank range, which helped to repel the enemy’s counterattack. On August 2-4, 1944, in the battle for the city, Birzai destroyed 7 more opponents and crushed 2 machine gun points. He was presented for awarding the Order of the Patriotic War of the 2nd degree, but the commander of the armored and mechanized forces of the 43rd Army changed the status of the award.

By order of the 43rd Army on October 3, 1944, the Guard Junior Sergeant Nalobin Vasily Panfilovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree.

On October 6–11, 1944, supporting the company’s advance on the settlements of Govlyany and Dinvetin, the Guard Junior Sergeant Nalobin put down 2 firing points with machine gun fire and exterminated about 60 enemy soldiers and officers.

By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 24, 1945, Junior Sergeant Nalobin Vasily Panfilovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree for exemplary fulfillment of command assignments at the front of the fight against the German invaders and the valor and courage of the guard shown at the same time. Became a full gentleman of the Order of Glory.

Member of the war with Japan in the Far East. In 1947, the foreman Nalobin was demobilized.

He lived in the village of Verkhnee Dubrovo, Beloyarsky district, Sverdlovsk region . He worked as a locksmith, foreman at the Kosulinsky abrasive plant. Died July 3, 2003. He was buried in the Old Cemetery of the village of Verhnee Dubrovo.

He was awarded the orders of the Patriotic War of the 1st degree, Glory of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, medals. The school of the village of Shchetkovo, Yarkovsky district, Tyumen region, is named after him.
