Biography
Born on June 2, 1919 in the village of Sugushla, Leninogorsk district of the Republic of Tatarstan, in a peasant family. Tatar. In 1933, a 14-year-old teenager entered the factory school at the railway depot of the Bugulma station. Having received the profession of a locksmith, he went to work in the Chelyabinsk region . From there he moved to Yaroslavl and entered the auto-diesel plant.
In 1939 he was drafted into the Red Army . Member of World War II . He served in the technical team, which participated in the chemical defense of the cities of Kuibyshev, Saratov , Smolensk. After the war he was demobilized. [one]
In 1947 he returned to his native land. He joined the Shugurov office of oil exploration drilling of the Tatneftegazrazvedka trust of the Tatneft production association, worked as an assistant diesel engineer, diesel engineer for a drilling rig, and participated in drilling the well-known well No. 3 of the Romashkinskoye field. After it there were a lot of clogged wells, for 12 years with oil scouts traveled almost the whole of Tatarstan.
In 1959 he was transferred to the Minnibaevsky gas processing plant. He mastered the specialty of a gas compressor, and soon became the head of the crew of drivers of the compressor workshop No. 1. These workshops are the most important production link in the utilization of associated gas. For the first time in the country, powerful K-380 centrifugal compressors were mastered at the plant. The finest hours of the Galeyev brigade fell on the years of the VIII five-year plan, the planned tasks of which she completed 4 months ahead of schedule, pumping over 10 million cubic meters of gas over the task.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of March 30, 1971, for outstanding achievements in fulfilling the tasks of the five-year plan and achieving high technical and economic indicators, Galeev Shakir Galeevich was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle."
Galeev combined fruitful work with active social activity: he was a member of the factory committee of the trade union, was elected people's assessor of the Supreme Court of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, a member of the Almetyevsk city committee of the CPSU , and a deputy of the Soviets of deputies of workers of the Almetyevsk region and the city of Almetyevsk.
He lived in the city of Almetevsk. He died on January 1, 1988.
He was awarded the Order of Lenin , medals.
