Alexander Lernet-Holenia ( German: Alexander Lerner-Holenia , full name: Alexander Marie Norbert Lernet - Alexander Maria Norbert Lernet ; October 4, 1897 , Vienna - July 3, 1976 , ibid.) - an outstanding Austrian writer. Author of numerous tragedies and comedies, the historical novel Standards (1934). He participated in the First and Second World Wars . His books were included in the list of banned books of the Third Reich .
