Yekaterina Ivanovna Borovik (born January 1, 1948, Chernihiv region ) is the Avangard collective farm in the Korop district of the Chernihiv region of the Ukrainian SSR, Hero of Socialist Labor .

Biography
Born on January 1, 1948 in the village of Sverdlovka, Korop district, Chernihiv region . Ukrainian. Graduated from 8 classes. First she worked as an ordinary collective farmer, then as a flax cultivator in the Avangard collective farm of the Korop district.
In 1983, its link, thanks to an improvement in the fertilizer system, an increase in the crop culture, and the introduction of a new K-6 flax variety, gathered 15.3 centners per hectare of fiber.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 6, 1984 for achieving outstanding performance and labor heroism shown in fulfilling plans and socialist obligations to increase the production and sale of grain and other agricultural products to the state in 1983, Ekaterina Ivanovna Borovik was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the presentation Order of Lenin and the Golden Hammer and Sickle Medal.
She was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the 9-11th convocations.
Lives in the village of Sverdlovka.
She was awarded 2 Orders of Lenin , the Order of the Red Banner of Labor , and medals. Winner of the Lenin Komsomol Prize.
