Biography

He was born on September 2, 1922 in the village of Chora-Pyri of the Yadrinsky district (now the Vurnarsky district of Chuvashia ). Chuvash. Member of the CPSU / CPSU since 1944. In 1926, he moved with his parents for permanent residence in the village of Kanash, Velizhansky district, Tyumen region . In 1940 he graduated from high school in the village of Velizhany.

In the Red Army since October 1940. He served in the Leningrad Military District. At the front in World War II since 1941. As part of the 43rd Infantry Division of the 23rd Army of the Northern Front, he participated in battles on the Karelian Isthmus. In August 1941, in a battle north of Vyborg, he was seriously wounded and sent to a hospital in Leningrad. In January 1942, after recovery, he was sent as a scout to the 168th Infantry Division of the Primorsky Operational Group, of which he fought on the Oranienbaum bridgehead. In the fall of 1943, he was wounded again. After treatment, he fought in the 308th Infantry Regiment of the 98th Infantry Division. As part of the 2nd shock army of the Leningrad Front, he participated in the Krasnoselsko-Ropshinsky offensive operation, during which the blockade of Leningrad was completely lifted. Then, from March 1944, he liberated Estonia.

The gun number of the 45 mm cannon of the same regiment and division, Sergeant Parminov, during the Tartu operation on August 27, 1944 in the battle southwest of the city of Elva, replaced the out-of-service gun commander and with the calculation soldiers suppressed three firing points, blew up three vehicles with ammunition, eliminated up to 15 foot soldiers.

By order of the 98th Infantry Division of September 4, 1944, Sergeant Parminov Alexander Andreevich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree.

In October 1944, the 98th Infantry Division was transferred to the 1st Shock Army of the 2nd Baltic Front and fought to block the enemy’s Kurland group.

The commander of the gun crew, Sergeant Parminov, on January 5, 1945, being in the combat formations of rifle units near the village of Grisas, suppressed two machine guns with gun fire and exterminated the soldiers from above the squad.

By order of the 1st shock army of January 27, 1945, Sergeant Parminov Alexander Andreevich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree.

In February 1945, the division was transferred to the 1st Ukrainian Front , where it participated in the Upper Silesian operation as part of the 59th Army, liberated a number of settlements and reached the Sudet foothills on the Polish border with Czechoslovakia .

In an offensive battle on March 15, 1945, Parminov eliminated three enemy firing points and more than ten soldiers with direct fire. On March 19, 1945, at the village of Gerelsdorf, he knocked out a cannon, two carts, hit several opponents, and captured 18 soldiers of the calculation.

By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 27, 1945, for sergeant, courage and heroism shown in the fight against the invaders, Sergeant Parminov Alexander Andreevich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree.

March 27, 1945 he was again seriously wounded. He never returned to the front.

In October 1945, demobilized. He returned to the village of Velizhany, Tyumen region . He worked as the executive secretary of the district newspaper. In 1954 he graduated from the Tyumen Pedagogical Institute. He worked as a history teacher and head of the educational unit of the Chugunayevskaya secondary school in the Nizhny Tavdinsky district of the Tyumen region . Since 1968 he lived in the village of Bilimbay of the Pervouralsky City Council of the Sverdlovsk Region . He worked as a history teacher at school number 22 of Bilimbay village.

He died on August 26, 1994. He was buried in the cemetery of the village of Bilimbay. In the village of Bolshaya Zamorozovka of the Chugunayevsky village council, a street was named after A. A. Parminov. A memorial plaque is installed on the Kanash secondary school building.
