Biography
Sergey Vakulovsky was born on August 26, 1934 [1] .
In 1958 he graduated from the Radio Engineering Department of the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) with a degree in Aviation Radio Engineering.
In 2003 he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences on the topic: "Radioactive contamination of water bodies in the USSR and Russia in 1967-2000."
Deputy Director for Research, Typhoon Research and Production Association.
Member of the Academic Council of the All-Russian Research Institute of Agricultural Radiology and Agroecology (VNIISKHRAE) [2] .
