Biography
Born in the family of a peasant Mikhail Nikiforovich Nedybin. He graduated from elementary school, from an early age he worked on a collective farm at the place of residence of his parents (Pavlovsky village council of the Zyryansky district).
In 1940 [3] , at the age of 21, he was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army (RKKA) by the Zyryansky district military enlistment office of the Novosibirsk region [4] . The foot reconnaissance spy I. Nedybin was in the army at the forefront of the Great Patriotic War from the very beginning, from June 1941 and fought until 1945.
He fought as part of the units of the South-West , Stalingrad , Central , 1st Belorussian and 2nd Belorussian fronts.
On June 1, 1944, in the area of the settlement of Terepec Guard, the Red Army soldier Nedybin with a grenade destroyed an enemy machine gun with a calculation. He was wounded, but did not leave the battlefield.
By order of the parts of the 38th Guards Rifle Division dated June 18, 1944, the Guards Red Army soldier Ivan Mikhailovich Nedybin was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree.
On October 27, 1944, acting in a head guard north of the city of Legionovo, the guard, the Red Army soldier Nedybin, was the first to burst into the enemy’s trench and in the ensuing battle destroyed several opponents, and captured one.
By order of the troops of the 70th army of November 24, 1944, the guard, Red Army soldier Nedybin Ivan Mikhailovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree.
On January 17, 1945, to the west of the settlement of Khrtsno Guard, the Red Army soldier Nedybin, as part of an intelligence group, was the first to engage in battle with the enemy. In close combat, he destroyed 6 opponents and captured 2. On the same day he was presented for awarding the Order of Glory of the 1st degree.
The scout never found out about the latest military award. In the battle on January 30, 1945, the Red Army soldier Nedybin was killed.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 24, 1945, for the exemplary fulfillment of command assignments in battles with guard invaders, Red Army soldier Ivan Mikhailovich Nedybin was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st glory. He became the full holder of the Order of Glory.
