Biography
Born on July 3, 1922 in the village of Ostrovki (now - Anninsky District, Voronezh Region ). Secondary education. From 1933 he worked as an accountant at the state farm “Maslovo” in the Zaraysky District of the Moscow Region .
In 1940 he was drafted into the Red Army . In the battles of World War II from July 1941. By the beginning of 1944, Sergeant Lysikov was a foreman of the 73rd separate reconnaissance company of the 181st rifle division. Distinguished in the battles for the liberation of Ukraine and Poland .
On January 11, 1944, Sergeant Lysikov, at the head of a group of scouts, penetrated the enemy's rear near the town of Sarny and monitored the movement of his forces for five days. The group obtained valuable information that it delivered to the division headquarters. Lysikov personally captured the "language" and destroyed 5 opponents. By order of April 7, 1944, Sergeant Lysikov Vladimir Ivanovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree.
On August 28, 1944, a group of scouts led by Senior Sergeant Lysikov set up an ambush near the village of Opatow. The scouts suddenly attacked a group of machine gunners and defeated her. In battle, Lysikov personally shot 1 fascist and 1 captured him. By order of October 28, 1944, Sergeant Lysikov Vladimir Ivanovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree.

In 1945 he was demobilized. He lived in the city of Kolomna, Moscow region . He worked at the Kolomna Heavy Machinery Plant, actively participated in public life. Member of the CPSU since 1962. He died on May 9, 1982.

The name of the veteran is immortalized on the Alley of Heroes in the city of Kolomna.
