Alexander Fadeevich Bobylev ( September 25, 1963 , Dnepropetrovsk - September 1, 2014 ) - Ukrainian statesman, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VI convocation (2008-2012). Police Lieutenant General (12/04/2006) [1] .

Biography

Born September 25, 1963 in the city of Dnepropetrovsk . At the end of the school he served in the Armed Forces. He began his path in the internal affairs bodies in 1985 as a policeman of the escort unit at the temporary detention center in the Department of Internal Affairs of Dneprodzerzhinsk .

In 1989 he graduated from the Vologda Special Secondary School for the Training of the Commanding Staff of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Since 1991, he worked in the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region, in 1997 he was appointed to the post of deputy head of this department.

In 1997 he graduated from the Donetsk Institute of Internal Affairs with a degree in Law.

In 1999, he was appointed head of the Kirov regional department of the Dnipropetrovsk city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

In 2001, he was appointed head of the Dneprodzerzhinsky city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

From January to September 2003, he worked as the head of the criminal police in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

From December 2003 to March 2005, he was the First Deputy Head of the Department of SSBEP of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

In March 2005, he was appointed head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Luhansk region.

Since December 2007 - Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk Region.

In the early elections to the Verkhovna Rada in 2007, he ran for Ukraine’s People’s Deputies according to the list of the block “ Our Ukraine - People’s Self-Defense ” (No. 81), but then failed.

After Svyatoslav Vakarchuk declared his unwillingness to be a people's deputy in September 2008, Alexander Bobylev, as the next on the electoral list, had a chance to take his place.

On December 22, 2008, the Central Election Commission recognized Alexander Bobylev as the elected People’s Deputy of Ukraine in the multi-member national constituency. Chairman of the subcommittee for monitoring the implementation of laws by state-authorized bodies for the fight against organized crime and corruption of the Committee for the fight against organized crime and corruption.

On April 4, 2009, delegates to the Forward, Ukraine! Political party congress voted in favor of the election of Oleksandr Bobylev as deputy head of the Forward, Ukraine!

He died on September 1, 2014 [2] .
