Lucius Cornelius Lentulus ( Latin: Lucius Cornelius Lentulus ) - Roman politician of the second half of the II century BC. e.
Lucius came from a noble family Corneliev Lentulov . He is best known for bringing news to Rome of the victory at the Battle of Pidne , where the Romans defeated the Macedonians and thus finally gained dominion over Greece. It can probably be identified with the praetor of 140 BC. e., which bore the same name. Also, some believe that he was in 130 BC. e. consul.
