Member of the Great Patriotic War . [1] After demobilization, he returned to his homeland. Actively participated in the restoration of the collective farm. On the initiative of the collective farm chairman G. Ye. Zadorov, it was decided to organize a pig farm on the collective farm, fattening piglets. ND Kotlov traveled to the Murom district of the Vladimir region to study the experience. When he returned, he introduced the board with calculations of pig feeds, feed rations, and provided data on profitability. He was appointed head of a pig farm.
