Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1929. In 1950 he graduated from the Refresher Courses at the Central Committee of the CPSU (b).
- 1939-1940 - Secretary of the Khabarovsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) for personnel,
- 1940-1942 - second secretary of the Khabarovsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (b),
- 1942-1943 - First Secretary of the Amur Regional Committee of the CPSU (b),
- 1943-1949 - First Secretary of the Omsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (b),
- 1950-1951 - inspector of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b),
- 1951-1955 - First Secretary of the Velikoluksky Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) - CPSU,
Candidate member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (1952-1956). Member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 2, 4 convocations.
Awards and titles
