Biography

Member of the CPSU (b) since 1929. In 1937 he graduated from the Central courses of leading workers of the Committee for the Procurement of Agricultural Products under the USSR Council of People's Commissars, in 1950 - the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU (b), in 1958 - courses of secretaries of the regional committees and chairmen of regional executive committees under the Central Committee of the CPSU.

  • 1928-1929 - in the troops of the OGPU,
  • 1930-1931 - Chairman of the agricultural commune "Spark of Revolution" (Nizhne-Tavdinsky district of the Ural region),
  • 1931-1934 - turner, deputy head of the metallurgical shop, chairman of the factory committee, head of the agricultural sector of the factory committee of metallurgists of the Alapaevsky metallurgical plant (Ural region),
  • 1934-1936 - Deputy authorized Committee for the procurement of agricultural products under the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR for Alapaevsky district (Sverdlovsk region),
  • January-November 1937 - Commissioner of the Committee on the Procurement of Agricultural Products at the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR for the Tambov District (Far East Region),
