Geography
The commune is located approximately 600 km south of Paris , 90 km east of Toulouse , 60 km southeast of Albi [1] .
In the south of the commune flows the river , and in the north - the river .
Climate
The climate is temperate oceanic [2] . Winters are mild and rainy, hot summers with frequent thunderstorms. Winds are quite rare.
History
In 1928, the commune of Bu du du Pont de Larn was separated from the commune of Saint-Aman-Valtore.
