Ploskovsky Village Council emerged in the early years of Soviet power as part of the Ploskovsky volost, Volokolamsk district, Moscow province.

On March 24, 1924, in connection with the abolition of the Ploskovsky volost, the village council was transferred to Ramenskoye volost [1] .

According to the data of 1926, the village council included 2 settlements - Ploskoye and Tarasovo , as well as 2 farms [2] .

In 1929, Ploskovsky s / s was assigned to the Shakhovsky District of the Moscow District of the Moscow Region.

On June 14, 1954, Ploskovsky s / s was abolished, and its entire territory was transferred to Ivashkovsky s / s [3] .
