Biography
In 1958 he graduated from the Voronezh Veterinary Institute , the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the CPSU . In 1969 - at party work; He was the first secretary of the Kursk regional committee of the CPSU from 1988 to August 1991 [2] .
Then he worked at the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia (October 1991 - January 1994) - Deputy Head of the Main Territorial Inspectorate, Deputy Head of the Main Territorial Administration. Since January 1994 - Head of the Main Directorate for Interaction between Enterprises of the Ministry of Agricultural Products of Russia Since 1999 - Deputy Chairman of the Agricultural Union of Russia, lives in Moscow [3] [4] .
People's Deputy of the USSR from the Lgov Territorial Electoral District No. 218 of the Kursk Region [5] .
In 2013, he was on the federal list of candidates for deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the third convocation, nominated by the election bloc "Communist Party of the Russian Federation" [3] .
