Biography

In 1958 he graduated from the Voronezh Veterinary Institute , the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the CPSU . In 1969 - at party work; He was the first secretary of the Kursk regional committee of the CPSU from 1988 to August 1991 [2] .

Then he worked at the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia (October 1991 - January 1994) - Deputy Head of the Main Territorial Inspectorate, Deputy Head of the Main Territorial Administration. Since January 1994 - Head of the Main Directorate for Interaction between Enterprises of the Ministry of Agricultural Products of Russia Since 1999 - Deputy Chairman of the Agricultural Union of Russia, lives in Moscow [3] [4] .
