Biography
Born in the village of Sinichino (now Mozhaysky district of the Moscow region ). He graduated from a three-year rural school and left for Moscow. Since 1924 he worked as a turner at the plants named after Budyonny them. Lepse. He was a Komsomol activist.
Member of the RCP (b) since 1928. Promoted to senior posts through participation in socialist competition.

- 1949 - Deputy Commissioner of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks in the Uzbek SSR :
- 1949 - 09/10/1959 Second Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan;
- 1959-1963 inspector of the Central Committee of the CPSU ;
- 1963-1966 member of the Party Commission under the Central Committee of the CPSU ;
- 1966-1982 member of the Party Control Committee under the Central Committee of the CPSU .
Since 1982, retired.
Member of the Supreme Council of the USSR 1, 3, 4, 5 convocations. In 1952-1961, a candidate member of the Central Committee of the CPSU .
Awards: Order of the Red Banner (04/09/1943), Order of the Patriotic War II degree (11/06/1985).
He died in Moscow, was buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery .
