Manhattan Heights (hat 華軒) is a 55-storey Hong Kong skyscraper located in Saivan district. Built in 2000 according to the project of the architectural firm SLHO & Associates. Part of the 476 apartments sold, part is rented as hotel rooms. The skyscraper club house includes an outdoor pool and a fitness center. The developer of the skyscraper is Cheung Kong Holdings [1] [2] [3] .
