Proletarka ( Kaz. Proletarka ) is a village in the Ulan region of the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Tauride rural district. It is located about 37 km northwest of the district center, the village of Kasym Kaysenov . The KATO code is 636269300 [1] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 533 people (284 men and 249 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 492 people lived in the village (259 men and 233 women) [2] .
