Saratovka ( Kaz. Saratovka ) is a village in the Ulan region of the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Saratov rural district. It is located about 24 km northwest of the district center, the village of Kasym Kaysenov . The KATO code is 636267100 [1] .
