Saratovka ( Kaz. Saratovka ) is a village in the Ulan region of the East Kazakhstan region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Saratov rural district. It is located about 24 km northwest of the district center, the village of Kasym Kaysenov . The KATO code is 636267100 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 1125 people (495 men and 630 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 1,045 people lived in the village (501 men and 544 women) [2] .
