Biography
Born in the Dvulichanskaya volost, the farm Pleskachevka of the Kupyansky district of the Kharkov province in a peasant family. He graduated from a two-year school. From the age of 14 he worked in Vyazma at the factory, first as a student of the controller, then as a controller when testing rifle springs. Member of the RSDLP (b) since July 1917

From January 1925 to November 1926, Executive Secretary of the Semipalatinsk Provincial Committee of the RCP (B.).
