Biography
Born in the Dvulichanskaya volost, the farm Pleskachevka of the Kupyansky district of the Kharkov province in a peasant family. He graduated from a two-year school. From the age of 14 he worked in Vyazma at the factory, first as a student of the controller, then as a controller when testing rifle springs. Member of the RSDLP (b) since July 1917

From November 5, 1921 to March 8, 1922 executive secretary of the Smolensk provincial committee of the RCP (b) (was one of the youngest leaders of the provincial party organizations).
From January 1925 to November 1926, Executive Secretary of the Semipalatinsk Provincial Committee of the RCP (B.).

He was arrested on June 14, 1937, and executed on February 10, 1938. The burial place is Moscow Region, Kommunarka . Rehabilitated in December 1954
