History

By the decision of the Amur Regional Council No. 362 of September 1, 1975, the Khorogochinsky Village Council of People's Deputies was formed.

On August 3, 2005, in accordance with the Law of the Amur Region No. 32-OZ [2], the municipality was given the status of a rural settlement.
