Geography

It is located in the north of the Moscow region, in the northern part of the Taldom region, about 18.5 km north of the center of the city of Taldom , near the border with the Tver region . It is connected by bus with the district center [2] . The nearest settlements are the villages of Kishkinikh , Maklakovo and Nekrasovo .

History

In the β€œList of Populated Places” of 1862, Ovsyanikovo is a state-owned village of the 2nd camp of the Kalyazinsky district of the Tver province on the left side of the Dmitrov highway, 48Β½ miles from the county town, with an unnamed creek, with 22 yards and 134 residents (60 men, 74 women) [3] .

According to 1888, it was part of the Belgorod volost of Kalyazinsky district, 31 families lived with a total of 149 people (70 men, 79 women) [4] .

Until 1994, the village of the Kvashenkovsky Village Council of the Taldomsky District of the Moscow Region.

In 1994, the Moscow Regional Duma approved the provision on local self-government in the Moscow Region, village councils as administrative-territorial units were transformed into rural districts [8] .

1994-2006 - The village of Kvashenkovsky rural district of Taldomsky district [9] [10] .

2006-2009 - The village of the rural settlement of Ermolinskoye, Taldom district.

In 2009, the village of Ovsyannikovo became part of the rural settlement Kvashenkovskoye of the Taldomsky municipal region of the Moscow region, formed by the separation from the rural settlement of Ermolinskoye [11] .
