Geography
The village is located on the shore of Lake Plotavsky , 19 kilometers southeast of the district center - the village of Khabary .
History
It was founded in 1786. In 1928, the village of Novo-Platovka consisted of 465 households, the main population being Russians. Center of the Novo-Platovsky village council of the Khabarovsk district of the Slavgorod district of the Siberian region [2] .

Infrastructure
The streets of the village: Voroshilova, Embankment, Partizanskaya, School.
In the village are the Novo-Plotavskaya basic comprehensive school public educational institution [5] , the kindergarten Berezka [6] [7] , a leisure center, and a settlement library [8] .
Attractions
An obelisk was installed in the village to partisans who died for the power of the Soviets [9] .
