History

The Lopchinsky Village Council of People's Deputies was formed on the basis of a decision of the Executive Committee of the Amur Regional Council of People's Deputies of January 13, 1982, No. 16.

On August 3, 2005, in accordance with the Law of the Amur Region No. 32-OZ [2], the municipality was given the status of a rural settlement.
