Catastrophe
The Mi-8T helicopter with the tail number EZ-22684 (factory - 8142, released in 1980 ) of the Ahal airline operated a passenger flight to the Garashsyz oil platform, and on board were 3 crew members and 9 passengers - shift workers oil workers. The flight took place in stormy weather with a strong gusty wind. The border 22684 followed the Kara-Bogaz-Gol Bay, when around 12:12, one and a half kilometers from the village of Bekdash suddenly fell into the water. All 12 people on board died while [1] .
