History
On June 11, 2005, in accordance with the Law of the Amur Region No. 29-OZ [2], the municipality was granted the status of a rural settlement.
By the law of the Amur Region dated May 7, 2015 No. 537-OZ [3] , the Kozmodemyanovsky and Lazarevsky village councils are united in the Kozmodemyanovsky village council .
