“Nauka 0+” is an all-Russian science festival held annually since 2013. The main goal of the festival is the popularization of science among audiences of all ages (as, in particular, its slogan “Nauka 0+ = science for all” says) [1] , the establishment of a dialogue between science and society by drawing attention to the work of scientists, demonstrating the results of research activities that contribute to the development of society and improve the quality and standard of living of people.
The Moscow part of the festival is held on the sites of Moscow universities , as well as on the territory of Moscow State University and Expocenter [2] . Admission to all events is free [3] .

Organizers
The festival is organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation , Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov and the Government of Moscow .
History
The first Science Festival in Russia was held at MV Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2006 [4] . Over the three days of the event, more than 20 thousand people attended.
In 2007, with the support of the Moscow government, the Science Festival became a citywide event.
In 2011, the Science Festival received the status of the “All-Russian Science Festival” and, since then, has been held under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation . It was held in 65 regions of Russia, more than 3,500 scientific events took place, more than 800 thousand people visited it.
In 2013, the festival was held under the name "Nauka 0+", this brand was positively accepted by the public, consolidated and became the official name of the Festival [4] . Activities covered [ when? ] more than 2 million visitors in 70 regions of Russia.
In October 2014, the IV Festival was held as part of the Russia- EU Year of Science, and for the first time 5 Nobel laureates performed in its framework. In the same year, the results of the first study of the Chelyabinsk meteorite were published at the festival [1] .
In October 2015, the V festival was held. [five]
On October 13-16, 2016, the VI festival was held. In Moscow, it took place at 90 venues: Moscow State University, MISiS , Linguistic University, MSTU , Peoples' Friendship University, Polytechnic Institute, Darwin Museum [6] , etc., as well as in the following cities - Krasnoyarsk , Rostov-on-Don , Kaliningrad , Barnaul , Irkutsk and others. In 2017, big data became the main theme of the All-Russian Festival of Science. The main events took place in Moscow and at four central regional sites in Salekhard , Samara , Vladivostok and Krasnoyarsk . In total, more than 80 regions of Russia took part in the VII All-Russian Festival of Science. During the days of the capital stage of the VII NAUKA0 + Festival (October 6 - 8, 2017), more than 860 thousand people visited it.
Events
The events are aimed at both a trained spectator and a visitor who is not connected with scientific life. These are schoolchildren from primary school and parents, students, young professionals, teachers, as well as the scientific and expert community [8] .
Within the framework of the Science Festival "Nauka 0+" are held and shown [1] [2] :

- open TV bridges with CERN , NASA and the ISS ;
- innovation for people with disabilities; exoskeleton demonstration;
- fascinating international science shows ;
- interactive exhibitions;
- scientific workshops for the curious;
- robot competitions;
- excursions to secret science laboratories;
- press tours of scientific journalists, etc.
